Last month a British company called Quacquarelli Symonds released their annual list of the world’s best student cities. At the top of the list was Paris, France. Just as it was last year. And the year before that. (Rankings: 2013, 2012) And I would tell you who took first prize three years ago – except there was no world’s best student city list three years ago. QS only started ranking this category in late 2012.
