I have a few miniature roses that are still inside the pots that they came with. I keep them on my balcony, which has a west view. My apartment has west/east views.

Where I live, winters are not harsh. Temperatures hover right about freezing, with occasional warm and cold spells; snow accumulates, but not much.

So, what should I do with the miniature roses for this upcoming winter? Should I simply do nothing and let them stay outside? Should I bring them inside? Should I re-pot them? If I re-pot them, should I keep them outside for winter or bring them inside?
