My computer did an automatic upgrade and I lost EVERYTHING!!!!

<p>All of my bookmarks. My screen names and passwords. Everything. It's all gone. Is there anything I can do to recover them? I can not believe they are allowed to do this. Why hasn't somebody started a lawsuit? This is bullshit.</p>
