A Goal Without a Plan is Just a Wish

This is the first post of The Plan publication, and it coincides with career plans I’m making for the new year. The title is one of my favorite quotes of all time from one of my favorite authors. One that continues to remind me that if I want to accomplish something, I need to have a plan for it. Just having a goal is not enough.
