In an effort to add more plant-based options to its menu, the Manhattan Moe's Southwest Grill location is testing Impossible Foods' meatless option as a base for all entrees, including nachos, burritos, bowls and tacos. "We understand that each customer has different dietary needs and food preferences, so we wanted to make sure we were accommodating every person that walks through our doors, "Moe's Executive Chef Ciaran Duffy said in an interview with FastCasual.
